Open science policy

Islas accepts previously published articles on recognized preprint servers (we suggest Scielo Preprints). The author must declare through an attached document that the manuscript was previously placed on a preprint server and provide the URL of its location.

To achieve greater transparency and reliability, we recommend that authors place the data they consider from their research in repositories (Scielo Data, etc.), so that they can be shared and reused.
